Sagarika Ghatge who is known for her exemplary role of ‘Preeti Sabarwal’ in one of the best Indian movies ‘Chake De India’ has added new feather to her cap in role of official brand ambassador for sports brand Reebok's freshly launched Lifestyle stores in India. Now she will act along with real life players Yuvraj Singh, MS Dhoni and Irfan Pathan who are also brand ambassador for the Reebok.

Sagarika Ghatge born in Kolhapur, Maharashtra on January 8th 1986 has acting in her blood. She received formal training in acting from her father Vijayendra Ghatge, a Hindi film actor. She did her primary education till 8th class from Chatrapati Shahu School in Kolhapur. She completed her education till 12th class at Mayo College, Ajmer, and Rajasthan and did graduation from HR College, Mumbai. She also used to play hockey in her college days that helped her to understand her role better in Chak De India.

She had started receiving offers of acting since her college days but avoided accepting offers on her father’s instruction. In ‘Chak De India’, in character of Preeti Sabarwal she played the role of centre-forward striker. She has bagged her second role in Apoorva Lakhia’s Mission Istanbul. She is about to play role of wife Zayed Khan and would be CIA agent. The movie Chak De India has also been included in the MBA curriculum of Aryans Business School as a medium for the young ones to learn traits of good leader.

Definitely, her role in Mission Istanbul would also be going to be the memorable one.
